Water exercise is a great way to get the benefits of a fitness workout without the sweat and usual injury risks. It reduces the burden on stress-bearing joints and muscles making it less likely to cause injury or muscle soreness. Water exercise burns calories, builds cardio endurance; and increases muscle strength, flexibility and lung capacity.
