"Sunshine for Seniors" is an outreach program sponsored by the City of Wooster Recreation Department designed to send joy and kindness to our Wooster community members in their golden years that are living alone and in our senior communities.
Here are some ways you and your family can share YOUR “sunshine”:
- Send a card with a message of encouragement (store-bought or handmade)
- Write an uplifting, handwritten letter
- Send a drawing
- Color a page from a coloring book
- Share an inspirational message or happy story
- Donate a large print puzzle book (Crossword, Sudoku, etc.)
