Project Overview

In concert with Main Street Wooster and the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Wooster is in the process of preparing a master plan for Downtown Wooster. A unique planning approach is being applied to complete the plan that integrates public input, market analysis, urban design, marketing, branding, and real-estate assessment. Through this approach, the goal is to create a plan that is balanced and informed by both technical research and public opinion.

To participate in the process, you can go to the official website at
Downtown Wooster Master Plan to contribute your ideas.

For questions regarding the plan or process, please contact Andrew Dutton, Planning and Zoning Manager, at (330) 263-5238 or
