50+ Aquaerobics
50+ Aquaerobics Wooster Recreation

Water exercise is a great way to get the benefits of a fitness workout without the sweat and usual injury risks. It reduces the burden on stress-bearing joints and muscles making it less likely to cause injury or muscle soreness. Water exercise burns calories, builds cardio endurance; and increases muscle strength, flexibility and lung capacity. The movement of water against and over the body results in both massage and relaxation providing a calming effect. It's also more discreet than other forms of exercise because it's performed under water! So why wait--take the plunge! (This co-rec class is held in shallow water. Sandals or water shoes are suggested for locker rooms.)

Registration will open April 15th!
