WOLF Event for Business Start-Ups

Attention all Wooster and Wayne County Business Start-Ups (or those thinking about starting up a business)! The Wooster Opportunity Loan Fund is announcing its 2016 Funding Round, a loan program for technology-based businesses needing access to capital.

Managed by Wooster Growth, the City of Wooster’s nonprofit community improvement corporation, the WOLF is designed as a local capital resource for local entrepreneurs with a focus on businesses with high-growth potential. WOLF provides deferred-payment loans of up to $35,000 to start-ups located in, or willing to locate to, Wayne County. Applications are due by November 4, 2016.

Event Details

Attend a WOLF Information event next Thursday, October 6th at 6:00pm, taking place at the APEX at the College of Wooster (Located in the Lower Level of the Gault Library, at 1140 Beall Avenue, Wooster, OH 44691.) Visit Wooster Opportunity Loan Fund below for directions and parking options. Light refreshments will also be available. Information will be available about other local business start-up resources as well, including SCORE and SBDC (through the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce) that offer mentorships and also ECDI, a nonprofit financial resource.
