We will be meeting in Council Chambers inside City Hall at 538 N. Market Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691. This event is available for anyone seeking to learn more about their rights and responsibilities concerning local, state, and federal Fair Housing laws, and anyone interested real estate development incentives. Whether a prospective resident searching for a new apartment or home, or a landlord managing multiple properties, this lecture will share information about fair housing and economic development incentive requirements, share information about trends occurring within our local area, and answer questions individuals may have.
