The Wooster Fireworks Foundation has made the decision to cancel the Wooster 4th of July Fireworks Celebration in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This cancellation comes from a commitment to protecting the health and safety of the general public, entertainers, vendors, and first responders who make this event possible each year.

With the support of the City of Wooster, Wooster Exchange Club, Wooster Rotary Club, and generous citizens of the Wooster community, the Wooster Fireworks Foundation looks forward to bringing back this community tradition in 2021.

Additional Community Event Cancellations

In addition to this event cancellation, the annual Memorial Day Parade has also been cancelled due to concerns surrounding COVID-19 and the current State of Ohio Stay Safe Orders that are in place through May 29, 2020.
