Responsibilities
The Planning Commission’s responsibilities include:
- Review of Development Plan, Conditional Use, and Major Subdivision applications
- Providing recommendations to the City Council for Planning and Zoning Code and Zoning Map amendments
- Maintenance and adoption of the City’s Comprehensive Plan

Meetings
The Commission meets on the first Thursday of the month at City Hall. Meetings are typically held at 6:30 PM (Meeting time is subject to change).
