The Wooster City Council will hold public hearings on recommendations provided by the Planning Commission for Planning and Zoning Code Text amendments to Chapter 1107 (Zoning Districts) and proposed amendments to expand allowed uses in the R-5 zoning district Section 1109.03: Use-Specific Standards.
The hearing will be held on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 7:30 p.m., at City Hall, in Council Chambers at 538 North Market Street, Wooster, Ohio. All interested parties are welcome to attend and will be given the opportunity to be heard by City Council and submit evidence and
written comments with respect to the proposed amendment.
