As one of the basic functions of government, the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical public utilities should remain a City priority. Traditionally, the City and the community has placed a high priority on the maintenance and development of the City’s utilities. Wooster City Services is responsible for processing monthly utility bills for Water Service, Sewer Service, Trash Service, and Storm Sewer Service. We are the office you would call if you have any questions on your billing or about rates or rules and regulations.

Property owners are responsible for all unpaid WCS property balances billed to a property, even if billed prior to their ownership. Check for balances due and pending certification to real estate taxes here. The report below shows the balance due to Wooster City Services by parcel number for utility billings from the City of Wooster as of the report date.
