Human Resource Division
Located in the lower level of city hall on North Market Street. The Division's mission is to serve the citizens of Wooster by assuring that the most qualified candidates are employed and promoted using fair and equitable employment practices and by maintaining a stable workforce. The division is dedicated to developing a solid diversified workforce. This Division also partners with current, retired and prospective employees to educate and assist with various internal services.

Division Responsibilities
The Division provides services to all city emplyees.
